Customers in Hanoi City

Customers can contact us directly through the hotlines on our homepage to place orders and receive price quotes. Alternatively, you can visit our production workshop at 15 Khuyen Luong Street, Tran Phu Ward, Hoang Mai, Hanoi, Vietnam to make payment and collect your order.

Customers outside Hanoi

Batco Vietnam delivers nationwide. If you are interested in our products, please contact our Hotline at +84 913 689 813 or place an online order for the fastest delivery.

Cash on Delivery (COD) with payment upon delivery

Depending on the order value and agreement between the customer and Batco, there may be free or paid shipping. Delivery times are 2-3 days for city areas and 4-5 days for district and commune areas.

Advance payment with delivery after payment

Customers can choose this payment method. You can transfer money via ATM, Internet Banking, or Mobile Banking to us. After receiving the payment, Batco will proceed with production and delivery.
